Returns

At CPS Garments & Trading, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact

• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is defective or damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

Requests for exchanges must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or customized garments

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
