Order Cancellation by Customers

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the order may have already entered processing, packing, or dispatch stages.

Order Cancellation by CPS Garments & Trading

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or inventory issues

• Payment failure or verification issues

• Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.

Refunds for Cancellations

• Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout
